So Monday came and went so today we have the Tuesday Special, Girl of the Week. This week as always we have a good girl for you guys.
While some other teams in the NL made some moves to get better and improve their starting pitching (Brewers and Cubs) the Marlins didn’t. The Brewers added CC Sabathia from the Indians and the Cubs Rich Harden from the A’s. The Marlins improved themselves with their very own talent. Josh Johnson made his return to the Majors Thursday night. It was his first start since last season, and was a strong showing. Friday night 1st round pick Chris Volstad made his 1st Major League start.

The Miami Heat have recently signed F James Jones to a 5 year deal to fill the need for a sharpshooter. Jones hasn’t gotten the minutes he wants in Portland so he decided to come home to Miami where he played for the U. This move got me thinking who exactly the Heat have on their roster.

It’s Monday again, so we have for you the special. Monday’s Girl of the Week. This week is a nice one for you. Some of you might have seen her in Harold and Kumar.
The Marlins Kevin Gregg has blown 5 saves in 20 tries. When do you think it is time for the Marlins to change his role and move someone else into the closer role. Maybe some Pinto in the closer role, or some Lindstrom who throws really hard but doesn’t really have a lot of movement on his pitches. I don’t know I am not the manager of a Major League team, but as it seems to me, when ever Gregg comes to close a game I pray to the Lord Almighty that he does not mess the game up and gives us a loss.
Well Monday came and went and I couldn’t make the Girl of the Week. But today I have some time on my hands so I bring you all our Monday special.
So some discussion has come up on the Miami Heat message boards about what number Michael “The Beast” Beasley will wear. His college number 30 is right now being worn by Earl Barron, who by July 1st becomes a free agent. If Barron does not return the number is free for Beasley to wear.

The last time I wasn’t able to watch an NBA draft due to some other “priority” was the 2003 draft. That year my dad had taken me to the apple store to pick up my HS graduation gift. That year, we picked Dwyane Wade. This year, as I’m working that sacred PM shift at my job, the Heat selected wade’s new sidekick.. Michael Beasley.

Thursday night will be the NBA draft. The time Heat fans have been waiting to come for the last few months. The Miami Heat have been included in rumors from drafting Michael Beasley to making a trade with the Sonics. The truth is nobody really knows what the Heat will due Thursday night.
